Chris Goulding is Chief Executive Officer of Net Fusion Services, a premier IT Consulting Firm and Managed Services Provider based out of Phoenix, AZ, which services Enterprise clients nationally. He is known for developing and implementing creative and energetic visions for each of the companies that he has led within the technology industry over the last decade.

Goulding and the company's business and technical leaders are focused on continuing Net Fusion Services’ innovation across the company's core businesses. Net Fusion Services’ goal is to provide integrated solutions for its Enterprise clients which reduce time, risk, and cost for them through the most efficient use of technology.

Before joining Net Fusion Services, Goulding served as President of Epoch Universal, a Cisco Gold Partner based in Southern California. When he first joined the company there was no existing Cisco practice. When he left six years later, Epoch Universal was a Cisco Gold Partner consistently winning and successfully delivering on multimillion dollar projects for Enterprise customers as well as for State and Local government entities.

Most important to Goulding was the achievement of 100% project sign off from customers during his tenure. Cisco formally recognized Epoch Universal as being ranked in the top 30% of all Cisco partners worldwide for customer satisfaction.

Prior to this, Goulding served as VP of Telecom Services for Swiftcomm, a data center and telecom services company based in Riverside, CA. He was charged with taking a concept and creating an international calling card business. Goulding created the distribution network for the calling cards and oversaw the technology infrastructure build out required to deliver the minutes. He founded relationships and negotiated terms with the foreign carriers to terminate the minutes in country, allowing any destination to be reached via this calling card. Once in production, the Swiftcomm calling card platform was sending million of minutes per month to domestic and international destinations, primarily over the Internet.

Previously, Goulding joined an ISP in San Diego named Internet Express—a name that would prove indicative of his rapid success in that industry. He started as an entry-level technician and within a few short years had risen to the position of Chief Technical Officer. While there, he supervised the design and build out of a data center as well as a national Dial Up and DSL network. Within one year after service launch, Internet Express had earned a market share of residential DSL clients that placed them in the top 5% for all residential DSL providers at the time.

Goulding was born in April 1957, growing up as one of eleven children in Mansfield, OH, where his father worked for 32 years as a tool and die maker at the local General Motors factory. Upon graduating High School he joined the Army Corps of Engineers from which he was honorably discharged after serving out his three year enlistment. Goulding attended college at the Ohio State University and traveled extensively for many years.

He worked primarily in the Casino industry until 1995 when he began to realize the potential that Internet technologies represented. Goulding decided that working inside an ISP was the way to master the Internet and its related technologies. He tracked down and won a job at a local ISP in San Diego and has been following his passion ever since.
