Kevin Spence

Chief Financial Officer

Kevin Spence is the Chief Financial Officer of Net Fusion Services, and a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Spence brings nearly 25 years of experience in the financial and accounting fields.

Prior to joining Net Fusion, Mr. Spence served as Chief Financial Officer of Citation Technologies, Inc. Citation Technologies Inc. is a world leader in the field of online document management solutions. Portals running under the Citation platform include its flagship product, CyberRegs, a comprehensive collection of regulatory information of interest to environmental, health & safety, and transportation compliance officers. This portal covers United States federal, state, and local regulations, statutes, registers, and other compliance materials, and similar online documents for the rest of North America and selected worldwide jurisdictions. Mr. Spence still serves Citation as a member of its Board of Directors.

Prior to joining Citation, Mr. Spence served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of United States Filter Corporation (“USFilter”), the leading global provider of industrial and commercial water and wastewater treatment systems and services. During his tenure, USFilter’s annual revenues increased from approximately $25 million to nearly $4.5 billion, while its employees grew from 200 to over 30,000 worldwide. Mr. Spence oversaw a series of 300 acquisitions and conducted public offering in the equity markets, raising more than $500 million and raising public debt totaling $1.5 billion.

Mr. Spence also served as an audit partner with the international accounting firm of KMPG Peat Marwick and was responsible for all aspects of client services in accounting and auditing, and working in areas ranging from manufacturing, banking, real estate and franchising in Southern California.

Mr. Spence graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and a prior President of the Board of Trustees of the Orange county Chapter of the Leukemia Society of America.
